**The payment of a registration allows each author to submit 1 Extended Abstracts/Papers. For each additional Extended Abstract/Paper, to be presented by the same author, the amount described in the table above will be added.
Conference registration includes participation in all sessions, official documentation (certificates), conference kit and coffee breaks.

Cancellation Policy
In the case of impossibility of attendance by registered authors, and taking into consideration the problems these cancelations generate to the organization of the event, the Organizing Committee of IWAT2023 will apply the following policy, according to the date on which the cancellation is requested:
– Until June 05th, (including), 25% of the registration fee is retained;
– Between June 06th and June 15th , 50% of the registration fee is retained;
– After June 15th, the entire value of the registration fee is retained.
Exceptionally, and only upon proof of serious personal problem that makes it impossible to participate in IWTHM 2023, the Organizing Committee may consider the reimbursement of 100% of the registration fee.
